These documents date from 2021 to 2024 and most of them are written in French. Some of the information is an interpretation of legal texts and cannot be treated as law. The regulations may have changed since — always check their current state with the official sources.

The agreement of the National Joint Committee for Doctors and Hospitals and the texts framing it, as published by the authorities. These are the documents that carry legal weight.
DeMeFF had developed a tool for logging working time and calculating overtime premiums: checking the premiums granted, keeping a record of hours worked, producing an annual summary. Doctors sent it monthly to their HR department, copying the association, ensuring an external and independent record. This work led to a peer-reviewed publication in 2025. The tool and its mailbox are not currently active.
Opinions issued over the years by the law firm advising the association. They clarify how the texts should be read, without replacing them.
